Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant transportation industry experience
Prior experience in school bus operations is a plus
Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with school bus and passenger endorsements or willingness to obtain – training provided
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software
ability to learn internal systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Job Responsibility

Lead and manage daily operations including office staff, drivers, and mechanics
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and driver file maintenance for DOT compliance
Manage and schedule charter and school bus bookings
Maintain fleet condition, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and ensure equipment safety
Develop customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
Monitor customer billing and payment collections
Occasionally assist with driving
Coordinate building and grounds maintenance as needed
