Job Responsibility

  • Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • promptly report any issues
  • Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
  • Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation
  • For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience
  • Willing to obtain and able to meet all state and federal requirements for CDL (training provided)
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
