Job Description

Join our clients team as a School Administrator in Bournemouth. This is a temporary position for a highly organised individual with a passion for education who thrives in a vibrant environment where every day is different. The role involves being the heartbeat of the school, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assisting with student enrolment and records management
  • Supporting teachers and staff with various administrative needs
  • Coordinating school events and activities
  • Responding to inquiries from parents and the community
  • Maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and students

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS and on the update service setting (preferred but not essential, but a DBS will need to be processed to successful)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting
