We are seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office and assist staff, parents, and students as required.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with student enrolment and attendance monitoring
Support staff with administrative tasks and documentation
Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies as needed
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in an education setting
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
