Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Working in a team and under the supervision of the school Business Manager
Supporting the school Business Manager assisting them with daily office jobs such as inputting school data, other office duties i.e. sorting posts, admissions, attendance and typing letters
Facilitating effective communication between staff, parents, and external stakeholders
Assisting in the coordination of school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences

Requirements:

Relevant experience working in a school office, preferably within an educational setting
Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
DBS on a update service is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling student and school-related information
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
