Job Description:

Join Our Clients Team as an Administrator! Are you ready to make a difference in the world of education? We're looking for a motivated Administrator to support a local school in Portsmouth! This temporary role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting students and staff in a dynamic educational environment.

Job Responsibility:

Attendance Management: Keeping track of student attendance and ensuring accurate records
Reduced Timetables: Assisting in the organisation and implementation of reduced timetables for students as needed
Communication: Answering calls and responding to email inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour
General Administration: Supporting the team with various administrative tasks to help our school run smoothly

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
Experience with Arbor software is highly desirable
Experience with working within a school is ideal
A positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed

Nice to have:

Experience with Arbor software
