Job Responsibility:
Be the friendly face and first point of contact for campaign enquiries through various channels
Maintain accurate CRM data for all stakeholders
Ensure timely acknowledgement of donations and handle enquiries efficiently
Provide administrative assistance, including mailshots and events
Help manage social media and update alumni website
Support the launch of school events
Accurately record donations and donor data using fundraising system
Assist with data hygiene and reporting needs
Help process invoices, expense claims, and maintain organised records for the Development Office
Provide general administrative support as needed
Adhere to fundraising regulations and school policies while maintaining confidentiality
Requirements:
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
