Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a school based in Merseyside. Experience in a similar role is essential for this position.
Job Responsibility:
Completing general administrative duties, including covering reception, answering telephone calls, photocopying, and handling enquiries
Supporting the organisation of school trips and events
Maintaining records using the school's information management systems
Note-taking during meetings
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
SIMS/Arbour experience
Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
