Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to staff, pupils and parents
Play key role in smooth day-to-day running of school office
Handle telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records on school’s information systems
Support staff with wide range of administrative queries
Update pupil records
Support admissions processes
Liaise with parents
Assist with school office processes
Support Assistant School Business and Finance Manager
Coordinate pupil transport arrangements
Work closely with staff, local authorities and transport providers
Support supply staff processes
Maintain compliance records
Assist with office administration
Follow school policies and procedures
Take part in emergency procedures when required
Demonstrate strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
Requirements:
Experienced administrator
Able to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Confident liaising with parents, pupils, staff and external agencies
High level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
Comfortable learning and using a range of IT systems
