Job Description:

Full-time, ongoing temporary role as a School Administrator/Receptionist in a vibrant school environment, playing a vital role in enhancing the student experience through administrative support and being the friendly face of the school.

Job Responsibility:

First point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff
Visitor management including greeting, directing, and maintaining logs
Communication via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, data entry
Record keeping for pupil records, attendance registers, staff databases
Support attendance system by calling parents regarding absent students
Maintain security and safety procedures
Office organisation and supply management
Prepare and send school communications
Support other departments including admissions, clubs and events

Requirements:

Current Enhanced DBS on the update service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in office software and administrative tasks
Friendly and approachable

Nice to have:

Passion for supporting the education sector
Knack for administration
Keen eye for detail
