Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator/Receptionist to join our friendly school in HU15. This is a key front-facing role that helps ensure the smooth running of their school office and provides a warm welcome to pupils, parents, and visitors.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers
  • Manage incoming communications and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and support data entry tasks
  • Assist with pupil attendance and safeguarding procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a school or similar environment is desirable
  • An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
