This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files
To administer first aid
Support co-curricular administrative teams with parental and external facing communication systems
Support facility checks and liaise with internal departments to ensure sports equipment and facilities are in good condition and arrange any repairs required
Undertake general financial administration and maintain and track accurate and up-to-date records for all sports department expenditures
To be responsible for maintaining the student database for all admissions, main school and nursery, with excellent knowledge and experience of SIMs
Requirements:
Experience working in a similar role or within school environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, attention to detail
ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
2 recent professional references
Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
Nice to have:
A first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided
