Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our vibrant school community ASAP in St. Helens. As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our daily operations. From managing student data to supporting the senior leadership team, your efficiency will help create a positive environment for our students to thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS
  • Managing the school's front-of-house, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries
  • Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting
  • General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and coordinating school communications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a school office is essential
  • Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
