Percivon, a leading company in the Operational Technology (OT) domain. The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise, extensive knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), and hands-on experience with EcoStruxure™ Building Operation Software. Experience in Chillers, Cooling Towers, and HVAC systems is essential. This role involves designing, programming, and troubleshooting Schneider PLCs to optimize building management operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Schneider PLCs for BMS applications, including systems for Chillers, Cooling Towers, and HVAC operations
  • Write and optimize efficient code for building management functions using EcoStruxure™ Building Operation Software
  • Implement and maintain BMS solutions for building automation, including HVAC, Chiller systems, and Cooling Towers
  • Ensure seamless integration of Schneider PLCs with BMS and other connected systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver customized BMS solutions tailored to building systems like HVAC, Chillers, and Cooling Towers
  • Perform testing, commissioning, and on-site support for PLC and BMS systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Schneider PLCs, BMS, and integrated building systems such as HVAC, Chillers, and Cooling Towers
  • Provide timely support to ensure minimal downtime of building operations
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including programming manuals, workflows, and project reports
  • Train end-users and team members on BMS systems, Schneider PLCs, and building-specific systems like Chillers and Cooling Towers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and BMS solutions
  • Proven expertise in Schneider PLCs, EcoStruxure™ Building Operation Software
  • Strong programming skills in Schneider PLCs, including Ladder Logic, FBD, and other programming standards
  • Comprehensive understanding of building management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
