Job Description:

FM Conway is recruiting a Schemes Manager to join our innovative Digital Urban Solutions division. As a Schemes Manager, you will play a key part in the end-to-end delivery of street lighting schemes across a range of prestigious contracts. Working closely with client and internal teams, you will help ensure the smooth coordination and successful delivery of works.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting with the application and management of the permitting process for TfL roads
  • Assisting with developing and maintaining the schemes master programme on Microsoft Project
  • Ensuring smooth running of various sites by regular communication with clients and internal project managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in resource planning, cost control and stakeholder management
  • Sound knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Previous experience in supporting the delivery of street lighting projects or similar infrastructure projects
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Proactive, problem-solving approach
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
