Job Description:

This role supports the effective delivery of BRE’s Sustainable Products schemes, ensuring robust governance, high‑quality service and smooth day to day operations. This role works closely with the Sustainable Products Team Leader and wider teams to maintain scheme credibility, manage customer interactions, and support continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support daily operational activities across the Sustainable Products portfolio, including assessment liaison, database updates and handling general enquiries
  • Manage pre‑certification and post verification reviews to ensure compliance with relevant scheme standards
  • Oversee licence and membership renewals and maintain accurate financial recording and reporting
  • Coordinate customer communications, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely responses in line with SLAs
  • Monitor and analyse customer data to inform improvements to service delivery and the customer experience
  • Identify and implement procedural enhancements to strengthen governance and operational processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints efficiently
  • Maintain personal competency and mandatory training requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering high‑quality service within a customer focused environment, with the ability to interpret and respond to customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence using MS Teams and video conferencing tools
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Office and the ability to quickly learn and work with new software systems
  • A proactive and self‑motivated approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and robust processes

  • Knowledge of certification or verification scheme operations
