Are you a qualified pensions actuary with a Scheme Actuary practicing certificate, looking for a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal moment of development and expansion? Our client is on an ambitious growth trajectory and has an exciting role for a Scheme Actuary with strong technical knowledge of DB funding and regulatory codes to oversee a portfolio of schemes.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee a portfolio of schemes
  • Provide expert advice on funding valuations, accounting disclosures, and risk management
  • Prepare and present clear, bespoke reports and recommendations
  • Contribute to developing tools and methodologies for the new actuarial practice

Requirements

  • Qualified pensions actuary with a Scheme Actuary practicing certificate
  • Proven experience in UK pensions consulting, ideally with small to mid-sized schemes
  • Strong technical knowledge of DB funding and regulatory codes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
