Behind every successful site visit is a smart schedule and that’s where you come in. The Role As Regional Lead Scheduler, you’ll take ownership of scheduling across your region, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You’ll be the central link between technicians, regional operations, management, and clients, balancing planned work with fast-moving reactive demands. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions directly affect service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Create and manage regional schedules using in-house planning software, optimising routes to reduce mileage and maximise time on site
Allocate suitably trained staff and ensure full coverage for holidays, sickness, and other absences
Act as the key liaison between regional operational teams, management, clients, and technicians – handling queries and providing clear updates
Dynamically adjust schedules to accommodate emergency reactive works when required
Raise and prioritise work requests, schedule planned maintenance, and manage follow-up actions
Resolve issues, address conflicts, and deliver solutions to complex scheduling challenges
Collaborate with other Regional Lead Schedulers and support wider scheduling teams to ensure monthly targets are achieved
Requirements:
Proven experience in planning, logistics, scheduling, or a similar coordination role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confident, professional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a calm, solutions-driven approach
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
