As a Care Experience Manager (CEM), you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers — making a meaningful impact every single day.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers
Manage caregiver schedules
Collaborate with clinical and recruitment teams
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports
Participate in the on-call rotation
Help build a strong caregiver team
Handle problem-solving
Manage performance and support retention of caregivers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced office environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly
Experience in recruiting or healthcare (preferred but not required)
