Job Description:

Overseeing the scheduling of caregivers, ensuring compliance with agency and state regulations, and fostering a high level of patient satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the scheduling process
Collaborate with the Human Resources department
Work closely with the Regional Manager
Support orientation and training programs
Play a crucial role in quality improvement initiatives
Maintain open communication with clients and their families
Collaborate with the clinical team
Monitor and evaluate Coordinators’ performances
Assist in resolving complaints, incidents, and problems
Oversee the maintenance of accurate logs
Run various daily and weekly reports
Responsible for training new coordinators

Requirements:

Proficiency in nursing home administration
Demonstrated experience in master scheduling
Proven ability in team scheduling
Expertise in work scheduling
Strong background in administrative oversight
Proficient in data reporting
