The Scheduling Manager Europe is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production across multiple in-house teams (Dordrecht & Krusevac Factory) and multiple external (3rd-party) producers in Europe. This role ensures that demand is met efficiently, capacity is accurately planned, and constraints are proactively managed to deliver on quality, cost, and timeline targets. The role acts as the central link between Demand Planning / S&OP Team and internal production capabilities, and external manufacturing partners.
Job Responsibility:
Planning, coordinating, and optimizing production across multiple in-house teams (Dordrecht & Krusevac Factory) and multiple external (3rd-party) producers in Europe
Ensure demand is met efficiently, capacity is accurately planned, and constraints are proactively managed to deliver on quality, cost, and timeline targets
Act as the central link between Demand Planning / S&OP Team and internal production capabilities, and external manufacturing partners
Create 1-3 months Production plan Per source
Translate Demand plan to 3rd Party forecast/plan /Manage RAW Material plan / ordering
Create Comprehensive overview on Finish Goods output as escalate constrains to execute the plan
Provide Production Rapports for all sources
Provide forward visibility on demand vs capacity as supply risks
Assess scheduling on time for Raw Materials and packaging with long lead times
Evaluate in-house vs 3rd-party capacity sufficiency vs demand
Support decisions on volume shifts, capacity needs, escalate constrains
Identify structural constraints and long-term risks
Managing the Production Planning & 3rd Party scheduling teams, including the development of the team
Responsible for monitoring and aligning internal production capacity and external supplier capability for raw materials and packaging (RMP) through forecasting for a horizon of at least 6months
Continuous improvement (CI) in all the end-to-end planning processes
Participate in projects (NSD, new customer introduction, operations improvement, etc.)
Maintain (3rd Party) supplier contact and follow up on agreements (leadtime, capacity, etc.)

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Managerial experience > 5 years
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
