Our client, a growing construction company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support project operations and ensure efficient scheduling across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and can communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for construction projects
Communicate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to confirm timelines, labor needs, and material deliveries
Monitor schedule changes and proactively update all relevant stakeholders
Track project milestones, deadlines, inspections, and site activities to help keep projects on schedule
Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple active projects
Maintain accurate scheduling records, reports, and project documentation
Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and escalate issues to management as needed
Support project teams with administrative coordination related to timelines, calendars, and resource planning
Requirements:
2+ years of scheduling, project coordination, administrative, or construction support experience preferred
Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or related industry is strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project demands
Nice to have:
Knowledge of construction project lifecycles and scheduling processes
Experience coordinating field operations, subcontractor calendars, or material logistics
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset
Experience with project scheduling or construction management software
