The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, quality service delivery to clients. This role involves close collaboration with administrative and care management teams to match client care needs with appropriate caregivers. The Scheduling Coordinator must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handle last-minute changes, and maintain accurate records using internal systems and software.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate with all teams

Requirements:
1+ year scheduling experience preferred
Skilled in Connecteam or similar tools
Strong multitasking and organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
Excellent in communication
Nice to have:
Home care or healthcare experience
Experience with after-hours scheduling
Familiarity with client service best practices
