The Scheduling Coordinator will manage and maintain project schedules, coordinating resources, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both office and field teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones
Coordinate with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule work, deliveries, and inspections
Track project progress and communicate schedule changes or delays to relevant stakeholders
Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports, ensuring documentation is up to date
Assist with resource allocation and planning to optimize productivity and minimize downtime
Support project teams with administrative tasks related to scheduling, including meeting coordination and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in construction
Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Detail-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety standards is a plus
