The role: We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in supported living properties and shared accommodation with their own tenancies. You will be supporting with our services in Hartlepool.

Job Responsibility

  • Producing and maintaining an accurate and up to date employee and people we support rota
  • Using the rota system to prepare weekly schedules
  • Responsive and effective monitoring of employee leave
  • Communicating rotas to people we support and staff at least 5 weeks in advance
  • Maintain and update personal details on a database
  • Ensure changes or adjustments are communicated
  • Book, plan and coordinate employee training
  • Identify areas for recruitment and assist with support worker interviews
  • Maintain and develop positive and beneficial relationships with management teams and staff
  • Liaise with the HR Department
  • Ensure that timesheets are completed correctly
  • Ensure that the weekly utilisation is reported to the Finance Department
  • Ensure staff rotas have team meetings, supervisions and appraisal meetings
  • Arrange flexible cover for colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous rota management and IT/Systems experience is desirable
