The role: We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in supported living properties and shared accommodation with their own tenancies. You will be supporting with our services in Hartlepool.
Job Responsibility:
Producing and maintaining an accurate and up to date employee and people we support rota
Using the rota system to prepare weekly schedules
Responsive and effective monitoring of employee leave
Communicating rotas to people we support and staff at least 5 weeks in advance
Maintain and update personal details on a database
Ensure changes or adjustments are communicated
Book, plan and coordinate employee training
Identify areas for recruitment and assist with support worker interviews
Maintain and develop positive and beneficial relationships with management teams and staff
Liaise with the HR Department
Ensure that timesheets are completed correctly
Ensure that the weekly utilisation is reported to the Finance Department
Ensure staff rotas have team meetings, supervisions and appraisal meetings
Arrange flexible cover for colleagues
Requirements:
Previous rota management and IT/Systems experience is desirable
An enhanced DBS is required
