Whether you are based in Montreal (East) or Pointe-Claire (West Island), your role is vital: you manage the heart of our operations, the perfect matching between our caregivers and our elderly clients. You will be responsible for orchestrating the logistics of home care services. Concretely, this means: juggling schedules, using our specialized system (Maya) for scheduling/dispatch, and communicating constantly, with patience and resilience, with our caregivers and clientele. You will need to perform under urgency and pressure, meeting clear performance objectives.
