Become the Bilingual Scheduling and Dispatch Agent we're looking for in Montreal East ! Are you looking for a permanent role where your speed, rigor, and bilingualism are essential? Whether you are based in Montreal (East), your role is vital: you manage the heart of our operations, the perfect matching between our caregivers and our elderly clients. You will be responsible for orchestrating the logistics of home care services. Concretely, this means: juggling schedules, using our specialized system (Maya) for scheduling/dispatch, and communicating constantly, with patience and resilience, with our caregivers and clientele. You will need to perform under urgency and pressure, meeting clear performance objectives.
