Scheduler

• Coordinate and schedule work allocation to ensure the maximisation of resource and sub-contractors
• Analyse the resources available, ensuring the most appropriate engineer or contractor attends the call
• Ensure tasks scheduled to meet customer expectations and contractual SLA's
• Communicate closely, share information and progress updates regularly between the service desk & the resource planning team
• Developing a good working relationship with the engineers, and internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Updating client operated systems and capturing engineer report sheets
• Organising and planning engineer’s and subcontractors movements and diaries
• Check and process engineers’ incoming reports, monitoring for any discrepancies

• Experience working as a Scheduler within an FM environment would be highly desirable
• Strong administration duties
• Excel and Microsoft experience
