Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage scheduling tasks on a daily basis

Use Microsoft Outlook proficiently to manage communication and scheduling tasks
Maintain a well-organized system for easy retrieval of customer information
Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Keep up-to-date customer credit records
Requirements:
Proven experience in a scheduling position or similar role
Exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills to handle scheduling conflicts and changes
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments
Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple schedules concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
A high school diploma or equivalent
