Scheduler

• Responsible for the planning and schedules of crews until 72 hours before departure
• Responsible for the optimised long term planning of all flight and cabin crew members
• Provide rosters of flight and cabin crew taking into account crew comfort, safety, fatigue and operational efficiency
• Find solutions for long term crew sickness and operational changes
• Minimize impact on crew members and published rosters
• Optimize published roster and keep operational costs down
• Ensure highest level of safety and avoid crew fatigue
• Inform Scheduling Manager about manpower situation and improvement opportunities
• Proactively brief OCC Crewing Officers about potential difficulties

• Bachelor studies or equal by experience
• Experience in a scheduling or logistic environment is a plus
• Stress resistant
• Strong analytical skills
