Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage daily and long-term schedules for staff, appointments, and resources
Communicate proactively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to confirm and adjust scheduling needs
Maintain accurate records of schedules, changes, and updates in our scheduling system
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support overall business operations
Requirements:
Prior experience in scheduling, administrative, or coordinator roles preferred
Excellent communication and time-management skills
High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes
Proficiency with calendar and scheduling software (Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or similar)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
