Job Description:

The role involves managing SCCM/MECM infrastructure, Microsoft Intune administration, Microsoft Teams and M365 optimization, Enterprise Data Management, User Experience, Security and Compliance, Weekly Application Version Reporting, Proactive Obsolescence Monitoring, User Communication and Awareness, and Automation of Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Expert: minimum 5 years on a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • SCCM/MECM, including optimizing processes for end-user environments
  • Microsoft Intune for device and application management with a focus on user-friendliness
  • Microsoft Teams and the M365 ecosystem, using a user-centric approach
  • Enterprise Data Management (EDM), including implementing user-friendly data governance and security solutions
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to customize and automate solutions
  • UX skills to integrate user feedback and improve tool adoption
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience conducting user tests to optimize deployed tools
  • English B2-C1

Nice to have:
