Job Description Experience: 5 to 10 years Location: Noida Key Responsibilities Lead and resolve escalated MECM-related incidents and service requests. Design, deploy, and manage MECM infrastructure and client configurations. Managing OS & Boot Images Provide technical support to L2/L3 issues in the service area Technical & functional documentation related to service area Intune activities like Autopilot, device configuration, Life cycle management Intune co-management scenarios Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment using Task Sequences & WDS Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System Management Experience with Intune, Azure AD, and co-management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
