This contract position is focused on supporting a document digitization project for approximately four months. The role requires onsite work, where you will be responsible for converting physical documents into accurate and organized digital files.
Job Responsibility:
Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats with precision and efficiency
Arrange and prepare physical documents for scanning, including sorting, organizing, and removing any staples or clips
Conduct quality checks on scanned files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Properly label, index, and categorize digital files following established protocols
Safeguard sensitive information and maintain confidentiality throughout the scanning process
Achieve daily productivity targets while adhering to quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met effectively
Requirements:
Ability to work onsite for full 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Dependable and punctual, with the ability to maintain focus throughout the project duration
Basic computer skills, including file navigation
Capability to lift and handle document boxes as necessary, involving light to moderate lifting
Previous experience in document scanning, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred
Comfort with working in a structured and project-based environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with scanning software
