Our Mailroom administrators provide an effective and efficient service, contributing to the smooth running of the business by providing a high quality, proactive and professional mailroom and scanning service to promote the best possible image of Chase de Vere. They support the day-to-day operation of the business including, but Clients, Providers and the wider business. We continue our crusade to become paperless across our offices and are currently looking to recruit a scanning assistant to join our team in Manchester.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinating File Retrieval from Storage
Liaising with Branches for File Delivery
Updating Internal Systems
Preparing Files for Back Scanning
Scanning Documents into VC (Virtual Cabinet)
Requirements:
Have good working knowledge of MS office
Be a great team player and be hard working
Previous scanning experience would be beneficial
