Job Description:

Scaled Sales Associates play a crucial role in guiding customers through their Atlassian cloud journey. The primary objective is to demonstrate to SMB customers how Atlassian products can effectively support their objectives. Operating at scale, Sales Associates are expected to advocate for their customers, offering valuable insights to our product and engineering teams to enhance the customer experience. This collaborative effort is closely coordinated with our Product specialists and Marketing organization. Sales Associates are known for their customer-centric approach and innovative thinking.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage inbound requests (through chat, email, and phone) from hand raisers, providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist customers in finding optimal product & features solutions
  • Guide customers through their buyer journey, assisting them at every stage to make informed decisions
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities tailored to individual customer needs and requirements
  • Deliver a phenomenal customer experience that instills confidence and trust in SMB customers.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience or sales acumen (preferably in Tech) with customer-centric approach - familiar with sales processes and sales stages
  • Candidates who are tech-savvy and comfortable with utilizing digital tools and platforms
  • Ideally having familiarity with tech/software products, understanding their functionalities, and being able to effectively communicate their value propositions to customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in handling queries through various channels such as queue, chat, and phone.
