Job Responsibility

  • Improving scalability and performance of a distributed ledger system
  • Going deep into the application code, JVM internals, database queries, server configuration and much more

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Scala and its ecosystem, or extensive experience with low-level JVM internals and high-performance Java development
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical excellence with real-world constraints
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture
  • Good command of English (B2/C1)
