Job Description:

Oversee the audit freight payment process and analyze the spend. The objective of this function is to ensure the execution of the freight Audit and Validation process, so that all freight is audited within the agreed SLA, as well as Compliance, until the effective payment to the Carrier with the CSF. Ensure that all freight has pre-validation phases occurring properly and acting preventively in the cause so that the process has its continuity within the agreed SLA. Ensure that transportation analytics processes are executed efficiently and effectively, providing insights and recommendations to improve transportation processes & unlock productivity. Role might provide with timely, accurate and reliable information regarding freight payment status and interact with Finance and productivity teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the audit freight payment process and analyze the spend
  • Ensure the execution of the freight Audit and Validation process
  • Ensure that all freight has pre-validation phases occurring properly
  • Ensure that transportation analytics processes are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide timely, accurate and reliable information regarding freight payment status
  • Identify transport opportunities
  • Ensure that all freight issued against PepsiCo is received and analyzed for release and payment
  • Ensure the process of creating PO (Purchase Order) for freight
  • Monitoring and resolution of freight pending issues with the Carriers
  • Monitoring the Freight Cockpit process
  • Maintenance and development of processes and manuals in the area
  • Support with the Outsourcing Team in Freight Auditing and Validation
  • Interface with the Financial and Controllership area and other interface areas
  • Control of KPIs
  • Participation in internal meetings and with Carriers
  • Provide leadership and guidance to extended teams
  • Review and approve reports and analysis conducted by the team
  • Develop, build and analyze projects/dashboards, reports or database queries
  • Critically analyze databases to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure the usefulness of shared dashboards, reports or database queries
  • Act as a focal point for Control Tower data and information and in the use of Power BI
  • Map processes, standardize and maintain the management of SOPs and Control Tower Operational Manuals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics analysis
  • Experience in Freight Auditing and Validation
  • Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP and TMS
  • Desired Green Belt formation in LSS
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and transportation management systems
