Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Saviynt Architect to lead IAM (Identity and Access Management) initiatives for a leading insurance client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Saviynt implementation and IAM best practices, and be able to drive architecture, design, and governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Saviynt IAM solutions
  • Develop and maintain IAM architecture, policies, and standards
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure security and compliance requirements are met
  • Provide guidance on IAM strategy, access governance, and role management
  • Support end-to-end project delivery and oversee solution quality

Requirements:

  • 13-15+ years of experience in IAM, with strong Saviynt expertise
  • Proven experience in IAM architecture, design, and implementation
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the insurance sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
