Job Responsibility:
Prepare high-quality food items to order following recipe and presentation guidelines
Accommodate special guest requests while maintaining high-quality standards
Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to tables
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cooking experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
Previous experience in a sauté or broiler cook role preferred
