Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Oxford City Centre branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a wide range of customers
Finding solutions for customers
Keeping up to date with services and policies
Staying on top of admin
Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately
Taking calls and other duties for our greater Customer Service area

Requirements:

People person with a positive, personable attitude
Excellent communication skills
Confidence to talk with lots of people
Strong customer/people focus
Ability to be accurate

Nice to have:

Cash handling and processing details experience
