Job Responsibility:
Monitoring and management of our satellite services
Act as the first point of contact for faults, incidents and service interruptions — proactively keeping customers informed
Lead incident and fault triage, driving rapid resolution and escalation
Work closely with 2nd/3rd line teams, Ground Agents and international partners
Maintain accurate reporting and clear communication with customers
Operate Earth Station equipment
Monitor key site systems (fire alarms, power systems, heating, etc.)
Support continuous service improvement and optimisation
Requirements:
Someone who enjoys technically complex environments
Strong problem solving skills under pressure
Excellent customer focus and communication
Ability to build strong team and customer relationships
Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
A proactive and collaborative approach
Role requires the ability to obtain and hold SC Clearance
