SASE Order Processing Analyst. This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. Job Responsibility:

  • Process and manage customer purchase orders, including order booking, order entry, order processing, and invoicing
  • Monitor the order lifecycle from receipt through shipment and/or invoicing
  • Proactively follow up on delayed or pending orders, identifying issues and coordinating resolutions
  • Organize and maintain accurate records related to purchase orders
  • Monitor operational email inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on order-related requests
  • Track and confirm that orders are released, shipped, and/or invoiced according to established timelines
  • Support system reconciliation activities during month-end close
  • Supports sales processing activities for assigned areas and processes
  • Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of sales processing
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
  • learns and practices basic analysis
  • Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 1- 2 years experience
  • English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
  • Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Review and analyze pricing requests within for the SASE portfolio for AMS, provide guidance and negotiate with sales teams/pricing team to reach final pricing agreement
  • Review BoM configurations of complex deal structure for quoting accuracy of SASE portfolio to ensure smooth deal closure
  • Collaborate with extended teams to accurately assess and price cross-portfolio deals
  • Become an expert on all quoting tools, reviewing and enforcing revenue recognition compliance for all quoting
  • Review, maintain and own HPE Aruba Pricing delegations for other business units, and govern usage of delegation authorized by other BU's to HPE Aruba
  • Engage with Field Sales Management and the Sales executives in order to review and negotiate deals, providing high level summary and pertinent decision-making information
  • Identify potential issues and problems with tools or process and escalate them for resolution to prevent interruption to the work of the sales team
