Job Description:

As Director of SASE Sales, you will lead a regional team focused on selling HPE’s expanded security portfolio, including SD-WAN, SSE, Network Access Control (NAC) and Juniper’s SRX/SSR modules; overseeing sales for the SASE North America team and HPE Networking’s sales organization.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a team of 8–15 sales professionals, with plans to scale as the business grows
drive sales across the combined Aruba and Juniper security portfolio
execute against a team quota
apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology
focus ~70% of efforts on new logo acquisition and ~30% on cross-selling within existing accounts
collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Requirements:

Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams
deep understanding of security concepts, especially Zero Trust
high internal locus of control, grit, and motivation
customer-first mindset with a drive for results
ability to foster a high-performance culture and address underperformance
