Job Description:

As Director of SASE Sales, you will lead a regional team focused on selling HPE’s expanded security portfolio, including SD-WAN, SSE, Network Access Control (NAC) and Juniper’s SRX/SSR modules; overseeing sales for the SASE North America team and HPE Networking’s sales organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of 8–15 sales professionals, with plans to scale as the business grows
  • drive sales across the combined Aruba and Juniper security portfolio
  • execute against a team quota
  • apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • focus ~70% of efforts on new logo acquisition and ~30% on cross-selling within existing accounts
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
