Job Responsibility:
Function in a seller-doer capacity with the support of leadership and marketing
Coordinate with technical staff at all levels to produce quality work
Be responsible for the financial success of projects
Direct client interaction and engagement
Lead and coordinate marketing efforts for projects and contracts (preparation of Letters of Response and other Technical Proposals)
Ensure quality control reviews are completed in a proper and timely fashion
Direct and/or mentor staff
Coordinate workloads with discipline leads
Effectively prioritize and assign work to meet deadlines
Assist in strategic planning and the growth of PGA.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of progressively more complex engineering experience in the transportation industry
High School Diploma or equivalent
Acceptable Licenses/Certifications: PE, AICP, RLA, PTOE, SE, SPE, etc.
Strong background in transportation engineering (any discipline)
Excellent verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of clients and colleagues
Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and assign work and meet deadlines
Excellent ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner and concurrently at the direction of PGA’s leadership team
