Job Description:

As a SAP specialist, the candidate should be an expert in MM/WM/eWM SAP modules, understand Logistic Execution Business processes, and possess strong knowledge in Solution Manager (SOLMAN). Responsibilities include understanding business processes, performing root cause analysis, ensuring on-time delivery, and proposing service improvements. The role also involves handling job monitoring, incident management, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a collaborative and agile environment.

Job Responsibility:

Understand business processes and technical architecture of application portfolio
Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement
Identify and propose service improvement
Ability to communicate well on specific technical topics
Job monitoring, Data Management Request and Incident Management
Agile mind-set, collaborative way of working
Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the projects
Bring innovative cost-effective solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions

Requirements:

Graduate with 5 years of experience in SAP MM/WM/EWM
Minimum one year experience in Application Support Services
Skills in supply chain and manufacturing processes in an industrial context
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Customer-facing experience is required
Should be well aware of Logistics Processes Inbound, Outbound, Distribute, Pick and Pack
Mandatory skills and experience: SAP MM/WM
