Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and govern SAP WalkMe solutions as a digital adoption layer supporting Brownfield SAP migration and post-go-live optimization
  • Build contextual in-app guidance including Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, checklists, and messages aligned with user roles and business processes
  • Define and prioritize user journeys based on role, criticality, and volume to improve adoption and process consistency
  • Configure advanced segmentation across business units, roles, company, locations, and experience levels, and journey stages to deliver targeted user experiences
  • Develop “What’s Changed” content and onboarding experiences to support change readiness and reduce post-go-live learning curves
  • Implement light automation features such as assisted inputs, validations, and shortcuts to minimize user errors and improve efficiency
  • Design and maintain in-app knowledge base solutions integrated with SAP systems for real-time user support
  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs including adoption rates, completion rates, error reduction, task duration, and user behavior insights
  • Govern WalkMe lifecycle including content management, approvals, versioning, environment promotion across DEV, QA, PRD, and stakeholder training with structured handover to operations
