Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP VIM, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
Design and configure invoice workflows, exception handling, and approvals
Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP modules (FI, MM, AP) and third-party OCR/scanning tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIM enhancements and customizations
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure post-go-live stability
Support data migration, UAT, and end-user training with clear documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM implementation and support
Proficiency in VIM exception handling, business rules, approval workflows, and SAP ERP modules: FI (Accounts Payable), MM (Procure to Pay)
Familiarity with SAP Fiori VIM apps, OCR tools, and Business Center/ICC
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and client-facing communication abilities
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments
English B2+

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Ability to debug and interpret ABAP code
