Job Responsibility:

  • Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
  • Working closely with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) to ensure seamless invoice processing and posting
  • Implementing and optimizing E-invoicing solutions across various European countries
  • Integrating SAP VIM with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and SAP Ariba
  • Configuring and supporting OpenText OCR technologies (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
  • Automating Accounts Payable processes, including Smart Coding, workflow optimization and reporting improvements
  • Gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
  • Leading and facilitating Accounts Payable workshops with client subject-matter experts
  • Supporting project documentation, planning, and coordination using standard project management tools
  • Collaborating with client teams and participating in onsite work and occasional travel when required

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, with a clear focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
  • Proven experience in SAP VIM system configuration
  • Extensive experience delivering E-invoicing solutions in a multi-country European environment
  • Strong expertise in OpenText OCR solutions (ICC/BCC, IC4SAP, CC4SAP)
  • Demonstrated success in business process automation within Accounts Payable
  • Ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and standard project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business users
  • Willingness to work from the office and travel occasionally, depending on project needs

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in international or Nordic projects
  • Previous consulting experience in large SAP transformation or rollout programs
  • Exposure to additional SAP solutions beyond FI and VIM
